While both kids have been sighted we still do not have them back and we are continuing to work towards bringing them home. We are offering a confidential, $5,000 reward to anyone that has information which results in Jackson and Nicole’s safe return. We would like to take this time to sincerely thank “Good Morning America” for their help in getting Jackson and Nicole’s photo out to the public and we greatly appreciate the restraint and sensitivity they have shown in not creating a story that is so sensationalized it simply becomes yet another obstacle for the kids to overcome when they return. As for the facebook page titled “Has anyone seen Jackson Powell and Nicole Dones” some of you may be wondering why it has been taken down. While we humbly appreciated all of the warm wishes for our children we could not fail to notice the page was becoming less about tips on their whereabouts and more about commentary on what they were doing which was not what we intended when we put it up asking for help. And finally to our children directly, we continue to beg you to communicate with us, let us know you are all right, and of course, we want you to come home! We simply want to know that you are safe.
